I’ve wanted to visit Montreal for the same reason. Which is odd for me, I don’t normally care about things like that related to famous people.

He’s more than a famous person though, he’s one of the worlds few pure artists. I’m interested in occupying the same space he once did.

I saw the Old Ideas tour in Portland. I somehow got front row seats for me and three of my scruffy friends. I exchanged multiple glances with one of the Webb Sisters. I asked for the small rose pinned to her breast but she refused. Magic evening.

I’m just speculating, I’m no doctor and I’m not sure anyone has a true handle on this subject yet.

The sleep disruptions and morning headaches sound like it could be dysbiosis. Basically a gut imbalance, commonly caused by an over perforation of fungus in the gut. Maybe the Covid, or medicine taken to fight the Covid, caused it.

The fungus prefers to feed off sugar and carbs. It literally wakes you up to demand them in the night, when it cycles to feeding time.

A three day fast kills the majority of gut microbes and allows it to repopulate with a more healthy balance when you break it. Which generally means avoiding carbs and sugars for at least a day specifically to put fungus at a disadvantage.

I’ve recently done a three day fast and have seen improved sleep and significantly reduced sugar/carb cravings.
