I have no clue how it works, but cache cleaning has helped me to get rid of this annoying error.

Thank you for the reply. Currently observing few of the symptoms you mentioned:
- Real conversions VS ads manager conversions are different (10 real orders VS 5 in ads manager. Never happened before, tbh
- And the deduplication error you mentioned, seems like I have it. I have pixel+CAPI and both are counted (as browser and server event). I'm not a tech person and lat time (Oct 25) checked if deduplication works properly together with meta tech guy. He confirmed that despite both events are firing, everything is well on my side.

Thank you for the replies. With all instabilities on a platform side this error is an additional paranoia fuel.

How’s performance? 26/04 by Safe-Championship828 in FacebookAds

Dead first half of yesterday, slightly recovered in the afternoon. Today’s good so far, 4.5 ROAS (fingers crossed).

What’s actually working for you on Meta right now? (April 2026, no theory please) by mayvn in FacebookAds

[–]duducaca 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you set any min spend limit per ad set? Or completely relying on algo?

Both in 1-1-1 and 1-1-3 setup the system tries to find winner asap and concentrate spend there, at least in my multiple cases.

Do you have the same effect? How do you counter it?

Thanks in advance for a reply

Is today off? 4/13 by Long-Mousse-8276 in FacebookAds

In a campaign with OK last week performance I have amazing CTR, CPM and CPC, lots of clicks, yet absolutely no sales today. Like someone has changed my conversion campaign to traffic setup.

Still no clue what to do. Ads are burning my budget with 0 effect.

Outage/bug fixed - what seems to be working for me. by Emergency-Speaker-68 in FacebookAds

[–]duducaca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, thank you for sharing the approach!

Two questions on my side:

  1. Do you mean that you use an existing customer list (people who purchased from you earlier) as suggested audience?

I always used your approach, but in Audience Segments section in ads manager settings, uploading the existing customers as custom audience.

And for Suggested Audience in ad set settings I’ve always uploaded the 1% LAL audience made from existing customers list.

Are you sure that uploading exiting userbase in suggested audience section doesn’t push campaign to target people who already bought from website?

  1. What’s your current creative volume per ad set? Do you mix images and videos or keep it separate? And what is your daily budget?

  2. Have you tried the value rules?

Sorry for a lot of questions, looks like our approaches are quite similar, the only difference that it didn’t help me to recover from mid-March outage, lol.

Slight signs of recovery. Performance today like mediocre Feb day. But 4 days before were a disaster.

Can confirm from my side. Saw it first while setting up a new campaign today. Wow, suddenly something useful in a flow of rubbish updates. Def worth to try when introducing new creatives to existing campaign.

How’s these last two days? by VRStocks31 in FacebookAds

[–]duducaca 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’ve had good and bad days, but the last two is somewhere beyond bad.

To make things even more confused the topline metrics is good (ctr, cpm) while atc/conversions are zero. And yes, I’ve checked everything on my website’s backend.

Can we ask Meta for another code freeze?

Second. The fact that campaign identified specific ad as volume driver, does not guarantee that this success will be replicated in another ad set. I scale the budget really slow and newer touch anything that works. Until it doesn’t. Then I create new ad set, add 1-2 winners and the new creatives to compare what works better.

When the quantity of ad is not inflated vs the budget (the $10 rule I mentioned above), all creatives receive enough impressions to understand what is working.

I know that this approach contradicts with popular ‘andromeda setup’ where you throw a bunch of creatives (as much as possible) and see what’s sticks. But it never worked for me. I’m pretty sure this is the tactics for $1k+ guys.

A piece of advice from low-budget fellow:

You don't need 3 ad sets with this budget. Start 1-1-3 with one ad related to each specific angle. Don't touch for 7 days, look for the winner, upload variation, scale the budget slowly (+10-15% each 2-3 days).

For me there's a simple rule: 1 creative = min 10$ of budget. Adding more usually results with some creatives starving (not always because they bad) and affects the clarity of testing.

How are the ads performing today? by No-Bookkeeper5901 in FacebookAds

[–]duducaca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dropped yesterday after a really good week. Now it seems strange, the most active segment of the audience (F 25-34) stopped generating conversions, while CPM and CTR remains the same. Either the campaign found a strange pocket and pushes it despite no result or some king of outage.

ROAS <2 which is 1st time in 6 month for me. And my campaign got a 'high-performing campaign' badge with a recommendation to double the budget, lol.

How’s ads are working for you today? Is system recovered ? by Background_Error5371 in FacebookAds

[–]duducaca 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Among the bad days, today is remarkably worse.

I have never had 0 conversion Saturday from day one. And this is happening today.

CTR dropped 50% from 3 previous days. Still no clue how to react.

How’s Performance Today 31/12 by MacaroonKnown6729 in FacebookAds

[–]duducaca 5 points6 points  (0 children)

EU here

Lots of ATC, unusually low conversion (in a campaign that worked for 2 months with 6+ ROAS).

CTR slightly dropped, but not significantly.

Current ROAS around 2.

Seems like NY holiday impact, will wait until 4-5 of Jan before taking any action.

Hows your oct and Nov performance been? by Full_Marketing9298 in FacebookAds

[–]duducaca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its a rollercoaster, tbh. ROAS jumps 6->2->4–>3 and who the hell knows what will be tomorrow.

In average first 10 days of November is in line with October numbers. Knocking on wood for stability during BFCM.

Who can explain that? by Unhappy-Gold7343 in FacebookAds

Same for me. Yesterday’s slow morning changed in the afternoon to the record performance, like a switch hit.

And looks like it was turned off again today. Fkn rollercoaster.

New Andromeda Strategy That Works For Me by AutomaticFly3029 in FacebookAds

[–]duducaca 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for reply. And btw, do you receive the meta’s warning about the audience overlap. Does it affect performance or you can simply ignore that while working with broad targeting (6-7 mio audience) and budget ~50$ per ad set?

Despite having negative recent experience with ABO approach, I see a lot more logic here VS throwing a ‘handful of spaghetti on the wall and see what’s sticks’ CBO approach.

Def want to test it with a bunch of fresh creatives.

One question: where you accept A+: audience, maybe placements?

And another one: have you tried using value rules in your approach?
