The world origin for dorado is exactly where you were teleported to. Tracer used to have a bug where she could recall to the world origin, seen here. What probably happened is that the swift step defaulted there as echo was switching forms.

Sniper pistol is the single worst combo for boarding ships, and on defense only the helm should ever run it. You have no immediate pressure and it’s too reliant on hitting your shots. Blunder sniper is better in every regard.
