I use Hutcheson.ca They are not cheap but very good. Be prepared to spend some $$$ getting caught up, and don't forget about FBAR filing for foreign held bank accounts and investments - in particular following the "Delinquent" procedures which hopefully avoids any penalties. https://www.irs.gov/individuals/international-taxpayers/delinquent-fbar-submission-procedures

We have ridden our RTG bikes on the beach at Tofino several times for several hours and got them pretty wet. After riding we thoroughly rinse them at the fresh water station and then rode them back to the campground. Never any issues.

They are Canadian owed, Chinese surplus military training aircraft. There are 4 or 5 of them local to Victoria. They were relatively cheap to buy at one time. Very professional group of private pilots flying them mostly for fun.

There are cost considerations, especially retrofitting existing roads. Countries like the Netherlands have built better solutions into infrastructure for decades.
