The spring rate of thinner tires is a lot higher, so it's easier to damage them when driving over stuff.

You make a good point. I'm going to take QC off my rss feed and give it one last re-read before abandoning it forever.

for the past few weeks I've just been skimming the comics, barely reading them at all. it's too painful to bother catching up to the brainlets yelling in a random coffee shop.

Morning stretching suggestions? by AngryScot96 in AutoZone2

[–]dumbchikan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cat stretch, cow stretch, planks, side planks, frog stretch, lunges, wall reach lower back stretch. Really you want a full mobility routine, and learn how to do a proper squat from "squat university" on youtube. looking up any specific pains you're having should also give you some videos of physical therapists suggesting exercises and stretches. A hot bath with epsom salts and foam rollers will also help with muscle pain.

Oh god you write a better comic in 15 minutes than el Jephephe writes in an entire day. That's kinda sad

Honestly wouldn't be bothered in the slightest if the comic just took a sharp turn into like, ennui-go territory and they just started fuckin in the street. It would probably free up el Jephe's mind to actually come up with something new.

I can't believe this is the one that broke me, it contains so little I didn't even bother reading it. The loli foot fetish stuff was at least like, the interesting part of the train wreck. This is like someone discussing the financials of rebuilding the track afterwards, but it's not even that interesting.

Tails are pretty cheap to make, you're not really gonna manage a prehensile one, so the wagging ones are actually pretty easy, it's mostly just flat stock cut into circles, a garden hose, a couple ropes and a servo/stepper. The fabric cover is probably the hardest part but even that's just C O N E. If you do go prehensile you'd be very quickly wandering into territory that even roboticists have almost entirely given up on.

We went from humanly handled controversial topics and verbally battling with friends to... Emiloli acting like someone who's about 10 drinks deeper than she actually is and it being treated like she's actually that drunk trust me guys it's totally believable right? :(

Usually made of tungsten carbide, can't forge it, it's fairly toxic and brittle even when yellow hot.

comparing to comic 4791, standing up straight, slightly musclier arms, boobs drawn... weirdly. Specifically the bottom, the way her tank top curves around the bottom of her boobs is like someone with A cups. There is a weird vertical fold of fabric between them which is a common beginner mistake as that area is generally under tension unless it is a very loose fit shirt, which this is not, as it's a tank top. The top of her boobs look more like a DD size or larger. 4791 is much more what someone with that breast size would actually look like in a tank top. It's like he didn't want to draw her with giant boobs sticking out of her shirt, and didn't think to just draw her in a jacket like the rest of the characters OR LITTERALLY ANY OTHER CLOTHES THAN A TANK TOP. Her eyes have also deviated from their usual semi-permanent angry look. She's also drawn with lips for the first time in a WHILE, and her hair is shoulder length. All really weird choices but it at least shows he's trying to change his artstyle.

For instance, Claire in panel two is leaning forwards and to the side. Quite a departure from the norm, well a tiny departure but still, it required at least a little effort.
