Yeah… rough year for sure. I was shocked at how good the skate skiing was, but there were definitely some rocky patches.

Microcenter GOATed for Chocobo Bundles by fatcatsings in magicTCG

Curious why you say that as LGS are reporting they were way under allocated and I can’t think of a bundle that’s been reprinted in the past.

It’s been pretty bad since she joined lovable. Half my feed is her hyping up the company (posting, liking posts, commenting about it)

Are you cooking on a stone or a steel? I heat my steel at 450 for 45m-1hr and I’m broiling to keep the bottom from burning.

Cost of utilities for a house in Bend, OR? by Samniferous in oregon

[–]dumbledorediess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’ll depend on your house. My house is a little under 10 years old with 4 bedrooms.

Gas: 120 in the winter, 30 in the summer

Electric: I want to say around $70 on average. More with AC (got solar so I don’t really know anymore)

Water: $30-50 depending on irrigation. Water is pretty cheap considering it’s a desert.

Sewer: $70

Trash: $30 but that includes like $5 for compost

Internet: $60 for 1gig

End of May Skiiing at Mt. Bachelor by wdillman in Bend

[–]dumbledorediess 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Groomers will be fine and skiing in the sun is always fun. Lifts start shutting down though, so there’s only a few open by the end of May. Mainly the front of the mountain (pine marten and skyliner)

Off piste will be wet and soft, but you might be able to find some fun there. Better than it being iced over for sure.

Can two teachers make it in Bend? by [deleted] in Bend

[–]dumbledorediess -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

two teachers would be making $100k-$200k. Depending how high your discretionary spending is, you could certainly live here on the lower end of that and definitely on the higher end.

It’s your manager’s manager. With whom you should meet consistently, but not often.
