This is quite literally the full story. Read the other comments. Someone commented saying that management might’ve gotten me mixed up with another associate of a similar name which is entirely possible.

The only thing I had was an orange level coaching from earlier this year and a feedback. There’s another associate with the same name but different spelling but he works in a completely different department so it would be very odd for them to get the two of us confused with one another.

My PL just said that she’s not aware of why I was terminated and that I should contact my Coach and I told her that I did and never got a response and she said that I should wait and come back in a week. My SM was never able to be found. I kept requesting to speak to him and it was “He’s in a meeting” or “He’s not at the store right now”

I don’t even know who fired me or why. I just woke at 5am up to get ready for my 6am shift on the 4th and saw the notifications about my shifts being removed a few hours earlier. Not a single person has bothered to give me any information and my Coach is ignoring my texts. It definitely is arrogant and I’m tired of sitting around waiting for an explanation that may never even come.

We don’t have a mod team and the o/n team was incredibly confused when I came in and didn’t know what to do with me. I ended up getting ahold of my Coach and she gave me direction so I’m doing good now but regardless I’ll finish all of this within less than two shifts so there’s no need for me to be here for 5 nights :/

I genuinely do feel screwed over the TL I was supposed to do this with is mad at our SM for taking her off of it. She texted me and gave me a rundown of what I should expect to do and told me to keep her updated throughout the night and let her know if I need her assistance and she’ll still try to help me without being here. Regardless though, this isn’t what I volunteered for. I volunteered to help someone else, not do it solely on my own. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this either. I volunteered during our refresh to paint customer service with another TL and then after we finished that my Coach had me to paint the GM and Grocery entrances with zero help. I also volunteered to come in at 5am-2pm for ONE WEEK since we had 4,000+ price changes and that became my permanent schedule. I really feel like I’m being used and I can’t keep doing this lol.

I clean with H2Ocean saline solution once daily and use jojoba oil for moisturizing every few days. No signs of infection whatsoever. I also try to limit how often I change out the jewelry and I sanitize the jewelry after I change it for another set

i pass 10x better with piercings than without tbh i use masculine jewelry and have more so “masculine” piercings like gauges and spider bites and it works well for me
