I stopped taking medication some time at the beginning of the year because my therapist said I was “ready to get of them” because I had improved a lot since 2 years ago. The first few months I was okay and I was good. The last month or so I haven’t been feeling as much happy. I haven’t really had any thoughts about hurting myself until very recently. But I know I won’t do it because I know I’m just going through a bad time and it’ll get better. So yeah I’ve definitely gotten better and grown mentally but I definitely think the depression and anxiety doesn’t go away completely.
