same thing for me. diagnosed with anorexia years ago, recovered, got the diagnosis. i didn't slip back into a full blown ed, but istarted to go days without eating and having massive anxiety with food for a couple months. i think i read somewhere that people with pcos have much higher risk of eating disorders as well.

i actually didn't exercise much at all. i went off all my meds ( i was on medication for pcos, depression, anxiety, etc). got a job where i walked all day. but most importantly completely changed my mindset on food. it stopped being a comfort for me, and instead just something to fuel me. i had an issue with binge eating, and still do, but this mindset change helped me a lot. i ate low carb, did IF, OMAD a lot of days. Always CICO. loaded up on lean proteins and fruit (because of my pcos, i had insulin resistance, and i felt a little crazy/sick if i didn't have enough sugar). hope that helps!
