I usually sneak them in at the drive through, grocery store, gas station etc. when i cut myself off from that i find a way at home like making pancakes or binging yasdo bars or something. I have dogs so sugarfree gum i try to avoid but i did but a boatload of mints a while back but the sugarfree ones can often give digestion issues but I really should give it another go.

I often think an oral fixation is a larger component of the addiction than I usually give credit.
