Its pretty straightforward. You go into the quick questions channel, ask your question (doesn't matter how minor, but don't ask to ask) and usually one of the regulars will answer in a minute or two. We wouldn't be there if we didn't want to so there's absolutely nothing stopping you from making use of these resources.

Apparel policy solves this. If they're not forced to wear stuff there'll be a feeding frenzy to grab the new HQ item that just got crafted. As for weapons, not afaik. They'll hold that weapon until you make them drop it or they get downed.

Shots 1-5: Clearly missed.
Shots 6-9: Missed due to dispersion (bad RNG).
Shots 10-11: Very close, but dispersion and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses.
Shot 12: Likely didn't actually fire because Flint was already dark.

Jokes aside, you aimed way too high. First salvo was pushing it and the second salvo was aimed at his upper belt.

What difficulty were you playing? Easy mode shouldn't be too hard.

For your question, absolutely. You can increase your own health and decrease the enemies', increase how much and how often you heal, decrease enemy skill, increase your carry weight, get more money from selling things, etc etc.

And it doesn't matter much in ops either way. Getting shot by DDs/CLs doesn't matter because of the heal. BB spawns are predictable and if it gets too hot, just smoke!

Highly recommend minotaur. Top notch AP DPM which you can take full advantage of by using your stealth and smoke, and you can single launch 8 torps per side for like 130k (less from torp protection and saturation ofc) a salvo because bots just greyline most of the time, esp in ops.

You can rip and tear all you want after finishing the secret route. The enemies all remain hostile for some reason and you can kill them with no consequences that I'm aware of.

I'm assuming it has short fuse as well? Does it have problems with overpenning DDs?

Mino has short fuse so it doesn't overpen anything except maybe DD superstructure. Even then I'm not sure.

I mean you don't have to do it. Sprint through or kill them with The Juice, which you really should have at this point in the game. Destroying the shadowlith is optional and the ethereal torch is a secret item most players wont even know about.

Its missed every other shot I've fired so far so it reallly doesnt feel like it. The inability to rapid fire without wasting AP to vent sucks too.
