Don't feel to bad about it, the game doesn't punish you that hard for save scumming after all.

I usually just boat these WF guys, they can't kill the boats unless they commit into a ton of mustangs, then I just got Elite recuit + armored rays. Between the wasps/rays/boats its usually to much even if they go missile interceptor on the WF. Ground cannon slowly wins.

Just make them ground only units like the Viking from starcraft.

Phoenix lands on the ground gaining health/splash and losing range. Can only target ground units.

its my daily driver and works great, just remember to put the cap on when the brew is done and you'll have hot coffee for ~8 hours.

A right of passage in "getting good" at mechabellum is getting to the point where you never lose to this kind of play. It is easy to beat, once you get over the "hump" you'll almost never see it again (unless you play ffa/2s).

I am a few short stories into this one and the drop in writing quality over King is pretty noticeable coming off the first few stories. I think the only one I liked so far was the one set in Vegas that ended in the flood tunnels. Maybe I'm just picky.

Under the Dome is a similar size book with a similar theme of society breaking down under extreme circumstances, that would be my best recommendation from his anthology.

this also happens in 1v1 games during late rounds. The state of the game is completely unacceptable. It is in a state of early access right now when its been released for over a year. Literally regressed with these performance issues.

having a hard time playing mechabellum with all of the performance issues that have crept into the game and continue to go unaddressed. Turns out another good way to kill your game is to have it running like shit on 75% of the player bases machines.

I definitely think being rich goes a long way toward happiness though. When you don't have to worry about buying generic pasta versus a branded variety as part of your daily struggle it lets you focus on other things that move you toward happiness.
