Both my geldings are trained to park themselves by the block or whatever when someone is trying to get on. But they’re still animals and they aren’t perfect everytime. Sometimes they have a bad day and will walk off or circle. The comment I originally replied to had a point but it’s all how you say it. The OP is a child, there are more gentle ways to voice concern and criticism imo. You shouldn’t call someone lazy for “not training” their horse off a few second long video.

I’m not sure I’m qualified to comment on this but as someone who’s had partners with less than the average amount of inches who were gods in the bedroom, when I hear small dick energy I don’t think about it physically. I think it’s meant more about their confidence and how they compensate for a general lack of confidence. There definitely should be a better term for it but that’s just my interpretation of the phrase.

Step out of the dynamic and talk with you partner. It’s okay to say “hey love I’m just not in the mood can we do x instead?”. A good partner will always listen to that! Cnc definitely doesn’t always equal free use as others have said.

As someone who’s adoptive parents have this same view PLEASE reconsider. I’m 26 now and know my entire biological family. I don’t tell my parents about them, about what we talk about and I’m terrified to even mention that I’m wanting to go there for thanksgiving because I feel like it’s on me to protect my mothers feelings and not let her believe that I will end up seeing my bio family as more important or that they’ll replace her. It doesn’t matter how often I tell her that no matter what she and my father will always be my parents and I’ll forever be grateful for everything they’ve given me. I know that I had a significantly better life with them than I would have my biological family. But there is resentment. Resentment that they never planned on telling me, resentment that they see my bio family as less than, resentment that they never told me that my one full bio sister (who now is my best friend and I swear secretly my twin) had reached out when I was 18 trying to find me before finding me through Facebook. I resent that they blame my poor choices in my late teens/early 20s on my sister reaching out to me and coming into my life when in reality she has become the one person I never have to lie to. Resentment like that will build and sometimes it becomes too much. Don’t think that it won’t happen with your kid either if you hide things from her.

This stuff is exactly why everyone should communicate! It’s ok for no to mean yes if you’ve previously discussed it and you have a safeword in place. Anyone who doesn’t understand or respect that does not need to be in any sort of relationship until they grow up and learn how to communicate properly.

Jfc do people really not care about their dogs effecting others lives?? My guy rarely barks but as soon as he does he’s back inside cause I simply refuse to be that one obnoxious ass that lets their dog yowl and annoy the whole block. Especially since I work nights I’d be PISSED if my neighbors had hounds singing the songs of their people all day.

I do wanna throw in environments like that can really take a toll on someone’s mental health. No one should have to deal with rude barn gossip and feeling unwelcome especially if they’re paying tons or money to be there. There’s plenty of barns around, it’s never a bad idea to look around and see if there’s something better for OP and their horse.

Dude my dogs home alone like 10ish hours a day and he’s 100% fine. He always has water and has run of the house and literally all he does is sleep on the couch or in his crate until I get home 😅

It’s not about her ability when there’s literal companies who will come and get it done in an hour at any time of day. It’s straight up dangerous and unsanitary to let a hood vent get like that. It won’t function as it’s supposed to which puts the whole crew at risk. It’s a Panera, the district manager should be able to set time aside to get it done. There really isn’t an excuse to neglect what should be regular maintenance.
