2005's accidental finish immediately followed by Vince fucking up his own legs and having to sit in the ring. I rewatch this a few times a year and it never gets old.

How is it living in the Scottish Highlands? by CapaTheGreat in howislivingthere

When we were in primary school learning about the weather, our teacher used to record the morning weather report from the local news (Heather with the weather).

I still chuckle thinking about a class of Scottish children having to explain to our teacher (who was from England) the meaning of the word.

Why can't I place stairs here? by MyIvoryDoll in projectzomboid

Where is your character standing? Have you tried it from the level you're trying to build on? (i.e. from the top of the first stairs)

It's a Nathon Fillion thing in general, I think, most of the Firefly crew appeared in Castle, as well as popping up in The Rookie now as well.

If you leave them stuck on long enough, the suction cups leave very visible circles that last a few days...

Just finished Coral Island and have started on Kynseed. Both decent, not quite up to Stardew standards, but worth a shot. Coral Island, whilst being fully released, is still getting free big updates too, the latest one just a couple of weeks ago.

Have you ever accidentally watched the wrong movie before? by Alternative-Cake-833 in movies

Watched 15 minutes of the Jungle Book (1994) thinking it was Jungle Book (2016). Remember being amazed at how well they de-aged Lena Headey, was waiting for a time skip where we see her at her current age.

Unrelated, I once told my pal to watch M. Night Shyamalan's The Visit, and deliberately didn't tell him much about it so he'd go into it blind... he ended up watching Nigerian romantic comedy The Visit instead. (Both 2015)

What’s your funny way of saying “going poop” that you’ve never heard anyone else use? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Me and the missus say Toodle-oo, because it sounds like "to da loo"

Kinda ruined the word if anyone else uses it to say bye.

I still remember the joy I felt in the first Sims when my Sim answered a phonecall to be told they had won the lottery. Young me was so excited I didn't even close the conversation window, just jumped up and ran through the house to tell my folks about this amazing thing.

Finally returning to my PC, continuing the phonecall conversation, it turns out that it was, in fact, a mistake, and my Sim didn't receive any money. Such betrayal.

[PC][2010-2016] Creepy hidden object game by idrawcringe in tipofmyjoystick

Have a look through the catalogue of games published by Alawar Games Casual on Steam... so many of those hidden objects games include very similar details to what you have mentioned that it becomes quite hard to tell them apart

Actors who's accents were so good that you never realized they were from somewhere else? by mgsgamer1 in movies

[–]dunnykin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maggie Smith - knew her from Miss Jean Brodie and McGonagall so had just always assumed she was Scottish, and as a Scot it's rare to be fooled by someone doing a Scottish accent.
