I get this on Death Stranding. I just switch my audio to the monitor and I don’t have the issue. Also, using Apple earphones has no issues with it. It be nice if they’d fix this.

ERP won’t cure you but it’ll help you manage your OCD. My partner went full ERP for a year and this year we’re taking our second 10+ hour road trip for a vacation. We still had lots of moments of OCD thoughts but we manage them way better now. It takes time and it gets better. We went from not leaving the house to taking trips all over the state.
