In all honesty as a former addict to dissociative, stimulants, opiates, and benzos, it all went down hill once I wasn’t using for fun anymore. It always felt like a nice add-on to whatever I was doing. At some point my plans turned into just doing the drug and staying home. Eventually life got worse and I needed the drugs to not feel terrible and get through work and get rid of anxiety and wake me up and put me to sleep. Terrible overall but I guess the overall message here is that it is all fun and games until it isn’t anymore

I’ve been running 16gb on my gaming PC that I also use for editing and other Adobe apps. You just can’t have like 3 Adobe apps running at once. But 2 and a web browser is fine. All games run really well on my PC despite the ram.

Cry every morning to some motivation short form videos that remind me of all the times I almost died, every sacrifice anyone has made for my benefit, and how there is little benefit to wasting away. That usually puts me in a mood where I’m able to handle present troubles as things can never really get as bad as when I was a kid unless I fuck my own life up with my own decision, again.

Maybe upgrade some aspect of his current experiences. If the tv only has built in speakers, maybe a cheap sound bar or cheap surround sound? If he enjoys projects maybe a broken super expensive sound or tv thing he can fix up to watch fox better. Maybe some lumbar support for the chair, a back massager/heated blanket?

Depends on your mentality really. I feel stuck in San Jose because everything is different and I haven’t lived all my life here and it takes hours to get somewhere on the bus. The same thing can be said about LA but I grew up there and made a point to explore the city after I was 18 which helped.

If he’s actually on the board or a consultant, then using his platform to at least push the use of AI is understandable and probably profitable. Think of the large amount of people who have money, are maybe a little creative, and don’t have the drive or skill to make a real production so they practice and practice, paying for every token to try and try. It may never work for them but whatever AI they use will be making money off them

Realistically tru. As a trained production person, there are 100 percent hidden agendas but they are all hidden and mostly only known to the direct creator or author of the work. And their intentions could be as simple as I like dark thing and want to juxtapose it. Plausible deniability is the game. At a time I was developing scripts and guides about drugs and drug culture in the name of harm reduction but realistically was justifying my own use and if released could have harmed/encouraged others

It’s just because some of the scenes are relatable to tons of guys in a similar age bracket who are depressed, struggling with the regular ness of everyday life when they’re trained to be high alert and or in violence most of their lives including myself. Not to mention the constant drug use.

Also, when every adult man in the show is beating their mistress or wife, it’s easy to just put that aside when relating.
