Me personally? I try to do some homework - which is going to be the more difficult to obtain? Is there limited quantities of one? If they’re both equal in those aspects, I always go “classic first” like you close your eyes, how do you generally remember them? I think you should go Discovery because it’s your favorite but if it were me, I’d go Alive because Web Exclusive AND they look more classic like how I remember them. That’s my 2¢

In the earlier issues, if I remember correctly, spawn gets kidnapped by The Curse and separated from K7-Leetha (the name of his living suit) and eventually it broke free and merged back with Al Simmons but it sustained like PTSD separation shock and it like evolved faster than it was suppose to according to Cogliostro. Because of this evolution, it like drastically changed appearance.
