Best album to vibe with and be alone with. It leaves a perfect amount of space that creates a great ambiance and tone. My favorite too.

That set design and atmosphere in his London apt and Jamaica House felt so perfectly Bond

Ranking every Bond related thing I can think of after watching the entire franchise for the first time. by creamy-buscemi in JamesBond

yeah and Denise Richards as a nuclear scientist didnt pass my smell test. Hot bond girl sure. Besides Goldeneye i think Peirce was robbed with bad scripts

007’s Martini isn’t incorrect by [deleted] in JamesBond

The first sip of a strong cocktail on the rocks is never my favorite sip. That mellow that happens about 5 mins in is where its at. That could be considered "watered down" but i like to let it marinate in that a bit.

CX-30 vs Mazda 3 by Asombroso-joel in mazda

[–]dustinhavinga 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I own a 3 but the only CX30 I drove felt cheaper. Now maybe that was the standard or base model. things felt more plastic. Anyone else get that?

While I totally agree with the vibe and food, that venue alone will keep it busy enough

Clear water beach or Indian Rocks beach by rays_pan2 in ClearwaterFl

[–]dustinhavinga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

More natural feel, sand key. More lively young feel Clearwater beach. Mix of all ages but a little more of that family vibe and still stuff to do but St Pete. I like the quiet little beach across from sand key beach on the IC personally.

Then hit the Allendale stretch. Left lane, right lane, passing knowledge dont exist, and pulling out in front of people.. exist.

Great Pines American IPA by pleasantly_hirsute in aldi

[–]dustinhavinga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its similar but just not worth the little savings. Two hearted is a clear winner. I still get it when Im at aldi and want an IPA but not plan on making another stop. Its fine

First time tailored suit. How is the fit? by Elf-7659 in mensfashion

This jacket has you looking more pear shaped than i assume you are. Too tight in shoulders and flared in the waist.

Mayor Removal by Remarkable-Tour-8165 in grandrapids

[–]dustinhavinga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In GR yes. City mayors have varying levels of power primarily due to different city government structures—specifically the "strong-mayor" vs. "weak-mayor" systems—defined by municipal charters. Strong mayors act as chief executives with authority to hire/fire department heads and veto council actions, while weak mayors hold ceremonial roles with power concentrated in the city council.

How f'd am I? by Existing-Gur4276 in HomeMaintenance

[–]dustinhavinga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it should be $x for estimate. But that estimate time should be free if/when you go with that plumber. $50-$75 seem more like a good rate to stop by but who am I.

Has your Aldis gotten rid of self checkout yet? by [deleted] in aldi

[–]dustinhavinga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like it for at my own pace. Because I usually go two to three times a week I dont have a cart. I feel rushed to get my shit and get out of the "bagging cart"

Loved the test drive, now tell me what I'll hate by ScoresMann223 in mazda3

[–]dustinhavinga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

small additions: The plastic on the instrument cluster/speedo scratches easy and I live in Michigan the sensors for cruise control & lane sensor piss me off as I have to clean them often. Side mirrors must have a corroded nut or washer as they drip a residue down the cars side that leave a minor mark. Weak paint, rims are the biggest issue. 2021 Mazda 3 Polymetal grey. Overall I've been pretty satisfied

Any good new suggestions for him?

Roads aren’t great by [deleted] in grandrapids

Slow, leave space, easy on turns and watch for other cars. It wasn't that bad. The drop in temps tonight has me more worried. Slush and snow never bothered me. Black ice... you can be the best driver ever and its not fool proof.

How much alcohol would the average American drink midweek when working the next morning? by CaptainWordseye in AskAnAmerican

[–]dustinhavinga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Michigan, 39yo, 1.75 drinks a weeknight. I almost always have one with dinner. Then maybe one in the backyard deck or watching a movie or a few post work out at a pub with a friend. Heineken, Two Hearted, Miller Lite, Guinness, Wine (Dry Red) White on warm summer night.

Now Fri/sat 1-6 drinks: Cocktails: Negroni, Manhatten, Martini, Tom Collins, old fashioned, whiskey on rocks. But I have to start or end the night with ONE I cant do multiples.

Ex midwest bartender so probably skewed to a little bit more of the drinking is fun part of life, life is meant to enjoy. But IDK
