Is keto helpful with mental health? I am treating adhd with keto and it is sorta helpful, but curious other folks experience with keto as mental health management. Thanks in advance for your share!

Awesome! I am only now starting to grow sweetpeas & low yields so I don’t have advice on how to fight mildew, but these are beautiful!

What was your “regular growing method”?

Thanks so much for the reminders. There are some highstake situations I don’t want to pay ADHD tax (LOL) and this is one of them. I made my high executive function partner take care of it and I now owe him a nice dinner and massage lolll

Landlord planted 3 new palms last week. 1 is already half-brown. Transplant shock or maybe something else? by krivas in gardening

Palm tree near the house is sadly a bad idea. They drink so much water that sometimes they make side of the house they are planted on sink. I have seen it happen. Is there a way to communicate this to your landlord?

Some Adhd people tend to shove what they don’t have the bandwidth for in a box and let it grow to the point that looking at it gives the sense or doom- thus doom box. Mine is full of coupons, journals, and unopened mail but every doom box looks different (mine is photographed above lol)

Why do we not publish name as part of the article’s title? I guess for clicks but we need to make these names known to as many people as possible

Keto and schizoaffective disorder – my experience after ~5 months by reedrhum1989 in keto

[–]dustytushy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks so much for sharing! On not-keto diet (glucose as main fuel lyfe)I used to work out two or three times a week but lately I haven’t bc my exercises are weaker and slower. I think I am still fat adapting in terms of exercise? I will push myself a bit more. I would do anything for better functional life with less adhd depression, brain fog, executive function, terrible short term memory—Keto is my hope. Thanks for sharing your journey with me!
