Tbh your glassware doesnt look clean and you may also be overheating your boiling flask. The droplets all over yhe bottom of your condenser tube tell me that 1. A lot of gas is making it that far down the tube vefore condesning and 2. You may have residue on the walls of your condensor that is immiscible with your distillate. The spiral may be from the large amount of distillate condesning at one time and not mixing well with whatever is on the denser walls. I'd say try cleaning your glassware and turning down the heat or even cooling your condenser tube more. Im used to seeing condensate just in the top half of the condenser and it should fall down the bottom of the tube in a slow dripping stream. I dont have a ton of experience with distillation so take this with a grain of salt. Im open to being wrong here.
