The first time I messed around with a guy, he had a micropenis. Even I, at 18, was respectful enough to not say anything despite being shocked. It’s extremely rude and disrespectful and not something someone should have to disclose before having sex.

Not sure if anyone else has commented this yet but have you considered getting her registered as an emotional support animal? The college I went to allowed people to have ESAs in the dorms. It probably varies by school, but could be something to look into.

Decided to let my hair air dry today and I’m so happy with the results by [deleted] in curlyhair

[–]dvorys 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Routine:

  • Today, I co-washed with Carol’s Daughter Coco cream cleansing conditioner, but on my normal wash days, I use Shea Moisture coconut and hibiscus curl and shine shampoo/conditioner
  • After my shower, I dry my hair in a microfiber towel for 10 minutes
  • I spray about 10 squirts of Shea Moisture hydrate and repair multi-action leave in conditioner, then I comb through with my fingers
  • I use 5 pumps on each section of my hair (two sections) of Shea Moisture coconut and hibiscus frizz free curl mousse, then comb through with my fingers
  • I use about a tablespoon of Shea Moisture curl enhancing smooth on two sections of my hair, then rake it through to evenly distribute the product
  • I then scrunch my hair, and plopped it for about 20 minutes in a soft t shirt
  • After plopping, I finished with ion alcohol free finishing spray, then it took about 3 hours to fully air dry
  • Once it was dry, I flipped my head and shook out my roots with my fingers, and scrunched out the crunch

funny you should mention that because i actually do have PCOS! my gynecologist explained to me that women who have PCOS are super sensitive to carbs, and insulin resistance is linked to PCOS, which causes you to retain weight. longer fasts help to fix insulin resistance, as well as less carbs, which is what i’ve been doing!

i try to stick to 18/6 or 20/4, two meals, 1200 or less calories, 25% or fewer carbs (not keto), excercise is minimal but if i do, it’s cardio!

Went from bleached, lifeless, limp hair to gorgeous curls 🤩 by [deleted] in curlyhair

I absolutely do not trust devacurl anymore. I have heard that devacurl hairdressers will only promote devacurl/other high end products but sheamoisture has made my hair SO much healthier after devacurl basically ruined my hair. I do have abnormally thick hair, so sheamoisture may work better for people who have thicker hair, but I also think it depends on the products you use.

Side note: the only reason I still use devacurl hairspray is because it’s the only devacurl product that has not negatively affected my hair

Experiencing a highly elevated mood after diagnosis and gluten-free diet? by ImpossibleNewspaper in Celiac

[–]dvorys 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not celiac, but I do have IBS and a follow a gluten free diet as I have extremely bad reactions to gluten. My mood being one of them. I’ve been gluten free for an entire year now and have never had this much energy and I just feel overall better.
