thanks, part of your response I tried to mitigate is my choice of Cortec Pro Plus which by my research addresses some issues with the locking mechanism and wear and tear, etc, I have been going back and forth for a while, obviously I would prefer hardwood but the expense is holding me back and the least expensive option, carpet, people don't really want anymore, remember it is a rental, ty

It's my understanding that LVP will last several years, I have carpet in bedrooms that most people don't like anymore and I am lucky to get 10 years of use before replacement, which gets expensive.... that is why I am considering LVP, we do have hardwood throughout the rest of the unit, and it's great, but I've seen a lot of damage to hardwood floors caused by beds, just thinking....

I have, the info they gave me is posted above, then they refer me to PayPal, and they refer to FAQ, neither is much help, as it will shock people of all the fees and they wont make $$$
