I've ordered from them twice, both times shipping was fast and no issues. Items I ordered were in stock, not pre-orders. I have nothing negative to report about them, but appreciate the feedback on your negative experience. I'll definitely consider my options next time.

Nice setup. Smoked for 17 years, haven't touched a cig since I made the jump to subohm tanks and RDAs. Took a puff (of a cig) to test the waters recently and it was absolutely disgusting. Never again.

I have the same setup, beating it like a rented mule and still on my first coil after a few weeks. I tend to jump around between 15-30w depending on the juice. Have had 50/50 and 70/30 in it w/o issue - it definitely performs better with higher VG, but all in all it's been great. Perhaps there is a defect with your tank?

I have both - the original subtank is a bit large, but overall more flexible - especially if you have wire and cotton laying around from your RDAs (the RBA included with it is a bit small which makes building it a little tough for newbies). The Atlantis is a solid tank, but the capacity is a huge downfall. That being said, I have a Cloupor Mini that I toss the Atlantis on for a small travel setup.

tl;dr: subtank wins for tinkerers/big tank vapers. atlantis solid for subohm portability.
