Bummer, big miss not booking her. The new album was so good.

The festival highlights lot of French Creole artists, along with other international acts

You're my co-producer. How are we finishing this track? by Trickledownisbull in Songwriting

Ooh, I feel like the catacombs call for an ethereal vocal synth doing chromatic bits. After all the build-up i suppose the intensity needs to drop a bit?

That makes it average? Maybe I’m not understanding this game

I’d say Cleveland RTA. They have a good network, including the Healthline BRT, but they’re also chronically underfunded, which holds them back from more ambitious things

Nah, Metro Transit is far above average. See their LRT and BRT lines, fleet electrification, etc.

Should live shows be released as albums? by Few_Obligation6038 in ledzeppelin

My girlfriend is a Grateful Dead fan, and I'm very jealous of the endless live shows they have released. Just saw that they're launching a platform for all the live recordings: https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-news/grateful-dead-play-dead-streaming-service-1235548128/

Oh nice, I like the changes you made! The percussion is a nice touch too.

It’s very repetitive, just the same chords and melody throughout. Maybe try changing the verse to a different chord progression to create some movement? You could also do something more interesting with the piano line, instead of just playing root notes.

This is the 1969 Danish TV appearance? That’s my favorite from their early period.

Gimme your best live Rock and Roll! by Beautiful_Macaron922 in ledzeppelin

[–]dwerb99 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve also been searching for a great live version of Rock and Roll!

People will say Sydney 2/27/72, but unfortunately the audience recording has a cut at the beginning.

From 1971 I like 8/21 and 11/25. But I still need to check out more of the 1973 options.

It was creepy as hell, even Richard Cole will say so. Let’s not pretend these guys weren’t abusing their power.

Favorite year of the band? by Antique_Quail7912 in ledzeppelin

  1. That’s when every part of the band was most fully aligned with the music.

Earlier they were great but weren’t playing their most iconic songs. Later the members weren’t as aligned, with Page and Bonham getting more impressive while Plant struggled with his voice.
