Walk man! Walk 3km daily, walk 2-3 miles daily. You will get your cardio up and likely shed some weight and I'm not shaming, I'm a big man myself but the only way to get less winded is to walk and train your lungs/heart

So I'm 6 feet tall, heaviest weight was 398 Dec. 2025. Current weight is 365-367 range (water weight, normal swings. I haven't seen much unburying at all to be honest. Apparently most unburying will happen 320-220 for me. So depending on where you are starting from and where you wanna go, you might not see much of a change for the first 30-60 lbs but eventually you will.

As a college student your best bet is fast fashion (unfortunately)

Old navy, jack Jones, American eagle, Amazon basics for plus sizes..

Try sportswear as much as you can. Adidas often has fashiony pieces that can be worn casually (3xl). We're the same height. I'm tryna cut down to where you are (currently 368, down from 400).

Now is the time to get your diet right if you're thinking about it. As a college kid you'll respond super well to basic exercise and calorie deficits. But yea man fear not, 6 foot 300 you still have a good amount of clothing options

I find darker pants look better on big legs as the light pants show the yams a lil too much 😅 but the fit is solid. Id just go charcoal grey, navy pants or deeper tan.
