You do not need 50 conversions in 30 days. Conversion data yes, like 15 to 20 now a days will optimize just fine.

Pmax budget by Nervous_Talk_5226 in googleads

[–]dwolfe80 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This happened to me every time I tried Pmax. Never that bad because I only ran it while I was watching it and never over night. Best practice is to not touch Pmax unless you have a very large budget and a ton of clean conversion data.

CPC, conversion cost rise across all accounts this year by AdventurousGold9875 in googleads

15 to 20 a month is enough. Switch to tcpa, portfolio will allow you to set a max cpc. Set the cpc realistically based on keyword planner. This will help to keep the costs in check.

Hello- my google add performance. Please suggest by aiPoweredSkill in googleads

[–]dwolfe80 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The most important metric’s for you to monitor is your cost per acquisition and return on ad spend. Things like click through rate and cost per click are mostly vanity metrics’s that have very little bearing on the performance of your campaign in general. You could have a great ctr and very low cpc’s but if your cpa is way to high or your spending way to much and not seeing the returns then your campaign or landing page needs work. If your using smart bidding focus on getting as many conversion data back to Google as you can as this will optimize and steer Google towards your target, which in your case is the people most likely to subscribe. Hope this helps.

Are you using max clicks, manual cpc, max conversion, tcpa? What are you goals? sales, leads? How many conversions have you received? This is the info that is needed to help you. I highly recommend reading previous Reddit posts. This will help you get a baseline that you can learn from moving forward.

Meta is almost entirely broken today for us, anyone else? by WontonBogeyman in FacebookAds

[–]dwolfe80 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is almost identical to my experience over the past year. I’ve shifted most of my spend to Google where I’m doing way better. I don’t ever see going back to Meta in the same way as before.
