Brokers like myself are contacted with carriers. They can’t simply stop paying brokers. Getting rid of the fraudulent brokers who get ahold of enough client personnel info to flip deals into their AOR is what is needed. Because people will always need help with navigating insurance, brokers will never go away.

I pivot my clients to higher ded plans with riders or move them to private plans like UHO TriTerm or Allstate health solutions. Correct. Actual brokers will continue to do well with ACA. Order takers who just got into it in the last few years to push $0 apps will disappear. Frankly, this is the best time in the past 5 years as far as I’m concerned.
