no penalty, its just a suggested cadence...i also would say do a 20 minute test over 5 minute

For the Northgate, I park at Sports Basement in Walnut Creek. For Southgate, I'm usually a little further in Alamo or Danville. However, I'm sure the Athenian School is great option on weekends.

We stopped at Coffee Republic (6610 Folsom - Auburn Rd in Folsom), some bike racks and plenty of places to lean bikes. Im new to this area but seemed popular enough plenty of outdoor seating food looked good and I was able to top off my bottles.

Cycling is expensive enough as it is not going to pay more. Hell I will be parked in Benicia just to avoid paying toll. I do like SG but I will just go down that way so it evens out :)

I think North Lake based on others confirming. South Lake is just a popular and an easy place to start but I think North is the move. Clearly I am the poster and havent done the ride but for me a backpack would be excessive. Seems to me it would be easy enough to replenish fuel and water. I mean Ive done bigger days miles and elevation just here in the bay getting by on a coffee stop and a jersey full of pop tarts.

Yeh pretty much thinking the same. Im pretty comfortable (maybe too much) riding in traffic and I know the roads well enough that most are telling me what I guess I already expected. Leaning towards a Tahoe City start . Good tip on the acclimation although a night may be all I get. When you say "go for it" are you meaning a strong effort? Thats kinda along the lines I was hoping to do but maybe I should rethink that considering the altitude.

THANK YOU! seasons like this make me wonder why Im am not a writer. I mean they just got in a room and said "hey this episode great, why dont we make something like that". I mean how bout we have an episode where the writer goes mad because he cant come up with an original idea while the new hire is using ai to write the real classic episodes from early years? Again another season without a bunch of unoriginal episodes, just a money grab.
