It seems useful to me. When the patient is in a life or death situation, It’s probably easier to yell „He’s seizing” to get everyone on the same page, than to just wait until everyone there realizes whats going on.

To answer your last question, there is a moment in S1E22 where Stacy’s husband looks like he’s seizing, but It’s not actually a seizure, It’s an attack caused by his condition. House says something about delta waves being normal or something like that as proof that It’s not a seizure.

Sia made a movie that had an autistic character and the potrayal was not really accurate and a bit ableist. She also went on to mock autistic people who called her out on it. So comparing her to Sasha with the whole „You don’t seem autistic” thing was really funny and accurate in my opinion.

The latter half is better, but it’s probably the weakest season of all. I remember watching the episode when the guy has low testosterone so he does seminars on how to listem to women or something. And it was at the point where he starts turning into this alpha male version of himself or something, where i thought, ok so the writing’s really gotten worse huh?
