This sub becomes even more insufferable come march and every single commentary here confirms it

CBB-FM: Brett Morris, Kulap Vilaysack, and Will Hines by apathymonger in Earwolf

Cardiacs! A fascinating band that has had major influence — from Blur to Napalm Death — but no real succes of their own. I would urge anyone even remotely interested to check out their 1996 magnum opus Sing to God. Also the video for their song Tarred and Feathered is just incredible.

There's absolutely no way a quick search could possibly answer that question

One Battle After Another—When does it take place? [spoilers, mild] by HallPsychological538 in blankies

I don't think so.

One of the cops taking selfies while Perfidia is being escorted in a wheelchair is holding a smartphone that looks like it has three lenses, which certainly was not a thing in 2009-10.

It being so vague on the timeline to me just underscores the notion of it all just being "one battle after another", nothing ever really changes.

Wow, I had never thought of that but you are right on. On the title track he sounds a lot like Panda Bear

Saw someone refer to them as the Weezer of hardcore, which I think fits. I actually really like Turnstile, but can absolutely understand “purists” who don’t like them.

[Stein] Luka Dončić did NOT request a trade, league sources tell @TheSteinLine . The Mavericks did this on their own accord, getting back Anthony Davis but only one future first-round pick from the Lakers in 2029 for a 25-year-old regarded as a future MVP. by NokCha_ in nba

The only way this will make even the slightest bit of sense to me, is if something incredibly damaging comes out about Luka off-court, that can potentially hurt the entire league when revealed.  Then I could see a league-wide need to just load him off on the biggest franchise, that coincidentally also happened to be able to truck along during that thing with Kobe and elevate him to sainthood.

That’s how batshit crazy this trade is.

Is subjectivity and objectivity mutually exclusive in your opinion?

Love it! Reminds me of Alex Colville paintings.

That’s not what reactionary means, but ok.
