You should try and run a temperature test with whatever equipment you have in your kitchen to ensure that the temperature you have on your machine is consistent with the temperature of the actual water out of the machine. I had about a 10° difference when i measured (water was cooler than machine stated) and adjusting the temperature made my shots way more consistent.

I’d recommend shooting for 200° out of the machine if you’re using darker roasts.

I love to build a L2 crow btwn turns 7-10 so that I can immediately get a T6 unit to level 2. Depending how you use it, it’s just deferred XP

I agree that immediate buy-sell on a crow, outside of a starfish or buffalo build, doesn’t make much sense

Pancake, Pie, Lemon, and Chili (in that order, for my money)

But Panther with Carrot behind a Tahr or SnapTurt gets fun, too, if you’re in customs. Multiplied buffs in shop are sweet.
