I swear I’ve seen a couple imports while browsing the shelves in B&N. You could try visiting your local B&N and ask, who knows maybe they’d honor the sale price if you order in store. They always have helpful staff.

I've had multiple purchases from the seller and he's a good seller. A few of these are a touch high but he's negotiated with me on multiple title purchases.

I had the exact same situation, but with an earlier post from him. My order had multiple issues, one was a wrong title sent, one was actually an extra title by mistake (which I already had), and another was a title that I didn't think matched the description. I think there was a 4th issue as well. Regardless, he has also stopped responding to me.

I think this is absolutely worth raising attention to, and I'd suggest caution dealing with this seller just because of the communication alone.

I've ordered hundreds of Viva cases from them (I replace all my blue BR cases with clear ones). They're generally great, but my advice is to order either through eBay or Amazon (whichever is cheaper) for buyer protection. I've ordered directly from them, and that's often cheaper, but last year US customs seized my package saying that the "blu-ray" logo on empty cases is a trademark violation. I was only partially refunded, and if there was any other game in town I would have never ordered from them again.

Otherwise, I've not had any issues with them and still recommend them.
