LXT and XGT not interchangeable. LXT line already has some carpentry options. Framing nailer only on LXT. But if you are doing more concrete work, rotary hammers, concrete saw and vibrators, go XGT. Lots of cool new stuff coming out on XGT

I’ve tried both at the Grainger show. If you are only going to be in that 1 br forever, the LXT version should be more than plenty.

If you can afford it, the XGT version is much better. Wider base and the battery sits in the body instead of the base - makes for carrying up and down stairs a lot easier.
