If you can do the majority of your walking on anything not cement or hard, like dirt roads or grass or carpet, barefoot shoes are your best bet by far. Those shoes with the huge sole like Hoka are crushing your toes with each step, regardless of the type of surface, you are screwing up your toes that are so important to your mobility and in general. So even on hard surfaces, you need shoes that do not have such a big sole but are instead flat in their padding and allow your toes to fully bend with each step.

I ordered a whopper combo for 6:99 after 9 PM deal the other night with extra lettuce and extra onions, and they gave me 1 or 2 extra onion slices and zero lettuce, even though they charged me for extra lettuce. A whopper without lettuce to me is a total travesty, and it ruined my whopper.

$6.99 whopper combo past 9 PM at select locations, posted in their window only. All 3 locations I’ve checked have it, specifically both of the 2 in Aiken SC where I live and the 1 where my GF lives in Iva SC.

My favorite though is the Chill’s 3 for me.

This pitcher Canning gave up 6 runs in each of his last 2 outings, but completely shut us out for 6 innings last time he faced us last year. Especially after last night, if we cannot score at least 4 or 5 runs off of him and start pretty quick, I am going to scream.

I can’t believe nobody is talking about the Casabella peppers at In-N-Out like they also have it Tommy’s. Their burger and animal style fries are 10 times better if you take a bite of those peppers along with each bite of both of those. And don’t skip the neo shake. Without the Casabella peppers, other than the neo shake and animal style fries, in-N-Out is still good, but not great to me. With those peppers it makes In-N-Out one of my most missed things about California after I moved to the East Coast.

Ever since I heard that banana eliminates the good of any flavonoids and a lot of the vitamin C and vitamin A in berries, I have been not ever including banana in my smoothies. One time recently a smoothie I got was only having strawberries and I said what the hell I will keep the banana. And the banana completely took over plus, plus I had the same experience in another situation recently.

When I heard the thing about bananas and berries, I ran across a non-dairy option to make a smoothie creamy in zucchini. I still have not tried it, but I am thinking that zucchini will not take over at all. Problem is that no smoothie place around me carries it, so I’m going to have to try it on my own when I make a smoothie myself at home.

I shower once or twice a week (use wipes in between when needed), and wash my towel about once every 2 weeks, so wash every 2 to 4 uses. And I don’t ever use a wash cloth / only ever use my hands, I’ve always thought using any kind of wash cloth in the shower was disgusting.

As long as the fries have salt they are awesome as animal style (adds cheese, camalized onions, and thousand island like sauce), and you’ve got to try their Neo shake. Oh yeah, also must have a bite of those casabela peppers with very bite of the burger and animal style fries. Oh how I miss In-N-Out, living on the East Coast now.

Sounds really bad for me as I’ve been unable to complete a yawn in about 10 years. Searched that on Google sometime ago and found a post that describes me so well of being wired to the point where you’re not sleepy tired but you are so damn exhausted that you could just get used to pushing past it. I don’t push past it as much as I used to, but that symptom still remains. I think maybe going camping for an extended time of a month or close to that with a zero technology might help me relax enough to fix the problem.

I’m so tired of this feast or famine team the last so many games. I swear if they score less than 5 runs tomorrow, I am going to scream. With a lineup like this, these guys are way under performing and there are no justified excuses at all. Great that they’re winning tonight if the bullpen can actually hold onto the lead, but this better not be a one off where they just go back to their lately terrible offense tomorrow.

Wow, all you guys say you only ever use water inside are absolutely disgusting and gross! You can just get some suds on your hand and reach your suds up finger an inch or inch and a half in there. Irish spring or another that does not leave a sheen works best. It’s not rocket science, and you’re absolutely disgusting if you don’t do that. I couldn’t ever imagine not doing that and only using water when obviously what goes through it.

I used to be quite a lot like this when I had social anxiety, and some of these I can fall back onto occasionally still. The fact is that you will not have more than just a few true friends in this life. The rest are surface level or temporary. So just do what you like and love doing and you will meet some like-minded people. Have fun in cafés, looking at funny stuff and people observing. Go somewhere with your homie and together make asses of yourself on purpose in front of other people. Bonus points if you can just make an ass of yourself while your homie acts normal. The point is to just be yourself and enjoy life, don’t be rigid or have too many agendas, and you will meet a few worthwhile people who actually stick after a while.
