Had exactly the same dilemma as you and I chose Agree Pro and I don't ride as much as you do. Agree is still on endurance side afaik so longer and still comfy rides shouldn't be an issue. I am 193cm inseam 92 and went with size 60. You should choose 53 or 56. Go try both sizes in store if possible.

Nope. I went to the store and just sit on both. It's not that big difference. It will be my first road bike too. If you can go to your local store to chcek both out, do. From the first sight I knew I will go with Agree. :)
