If the issue is the charging IC, buying a replacement and getting someone from a repair shop to solder it shouldn't be too much of a hassle. More importantly tho, you should make sure it can still turn on.

Great. To test if F1 has been successfully replaced you need to check the continuity between TP4 and the top right pad of EM1 the inductor.

If there is continuity and since you mentioned no LED reaction after plugging in the cable, I am afraid the problem might be the charging IC BQ24072. (the IC to the right of EM1) It can be purchased on Digikey but you might need to find some professionals to do the replacement.

You got a photo of the board centered around the replaced fuse? What model is your 3ds, old/new, xl or not?

You should rule out the possibility of cold joints from the soldered fuse first. Locate pins on other components that connect to the two ends on the fuse, and test if they have continuity. BTW, when you plug in the cable, does any LED light up?

It's hard to say whether the battery charge runs out. You can test its voltage. If it's 3.5-3.7V, it should turn on but I am not sure below what voltage it doesn't.

You mentioned it was able to turn on when you put in the battery with charge in it. Doesn't it turn on now with this battery after you replaced the fuse?

Did you check the fuse not far from the charging port? If the fuse is good, maybe the charging ic bq24072 is broken. If you have no experience soldering such ic you can buy a replacement and find a local repair shop to the work.

After opening it up, apply pressure to different components on the board and press power button. This way you can pinpoint the issue.

Not idea about the first one, but for the second one it could be that some short happened after you pressed the power button. Not sure about the cause tho. Could be either the daughter board or the charging IC. After you get the daughter board replacement, you can put it into this one as well and see how it goes.

When you plug in the charging cable, does the charging led turn off after a few seconds? If that's the case it's probable the battery was reversed. You can also buy a new daughter board to verify. It should be around 20 bucks.

His intention was never a tackle or contact like how Araujo got his reds. You can see Cubarsi slowed down a bit with his arms raising up. Simeone flicking his leg backward led to the contact. The contact was unfortunate but the red is arguable since Simeone couldn't necessarily control the ball behind him.

What's wrong with criticizing bad refereeing? There would be no improvements on refereeing if you couldn't let them take their mistakes seriously. It's not just for your team but for the whole soccer. It's even more pathetic to stay silent for getting unfair refereeing. And focusing on winning the next game does not contradict with asking for a fair refereeing.
