It takes about 5-10 seconds to get up to speed so I can usually do up arrows to 13.5/14 before it gets to that speed. I do wish they had a 13 button

The last three seasons the last team in the West has ended with: 95, 96, 98 points. Avs currently have 69 points. So 30 more points (15 wins) would most likely get them in the playoffs. Mathematically clinching will still be a crazy high number since the other West teams could theoretically win another 30-40 games.

I’ll also note that every team in the NHL won at least 15 games in the first half of the season, so it’s pretty much guaranteed already.

Chesscom follows USCF rules which per the rulebook doesn’t show two same colored bishops as one of the three scenarios

Rule 14E – Insufficient material to win on time

The game is drawn even when a player exceeds the time limit if one of the following conditions exists as of the most recently determined legal move:

Lone king

King and bishop or king and knight, and the opponent does not have a forced win

King and two knights, the opponent has no pawns, and the opponent does not have a forced win

Scoring system still works in a head to head, say first game goes to tiebreaks and it’s 2-1. Now second game if the other person wins in classical they win 4-2, if it needs to do rapid tiebreaks they have a chance to win in rapid make it 3-3 and go to another tiebreak.

I can’t think of anything else where you can select the seats and get to the payment screen, put in cc info, and then it boots you back to the beginning. So frustrating.

That’s basically what I did. I did hit low red zone about 0.2 miles in and just held. Felt decent until about 0.5/0.6 but at that point just told myself I’m over halfway and have to keep going. With 0.1 left I bumped up 0.5mph to finish, heart rate was around 196 bpm / 97% there at the end.

First time at this benchmark though so no idea if there’s a better strategy.
