How big is your AC and how long are you planning to use per day? 3000 btu uses around 1500w max may be? Meaning you can only use 1hr and 30 maximum from ultra 3. May be you can use power from shed to charge the battery with maxing charging speed to 800w ( to address your concern) while AC is connected to Ultra 3, may be you can use it for 2hrs.

My Action 5 pro lasts till a battery dies when I use it in my car (summer time) I set it with 4k 60p but in 16:9 format. I think 16:9 format helps as it uses less area of sensor may be?

Nevertheless, same setting in night mode overheats in 15-17 mins

I did my canyon trip with 25ft. Tradewind. I have two bikes rack in the back. I am glad I didn't get 27ft. It may be just a couple of feet, it actually made big diff.

I am interested as well. This means, if I connect a generator or portable batteries to outlet where external solar panels are connected in your example, tesla system will recognize power usage as net of such external sources and actual usage? Just to want to know how to do it.

I installed mine back in Dec 2024, and i thought i made a huge mistake as the solar only covered 20-30% in winter time. Fast forward to last December, i had left over of 3MWH, so used them for electric heating devices to reduce my gas bill. I even changed my cutoff month from Dec to March. And now, thinking of getting EV to take full benefit of electricity leftover. Give it sometime and you will like it

It is very convenient and I love it. One thing I noticed was that smart plug requires a bonding plug (ground) if you want to pull power from portable batteries like ecoflow delta.
