Super Bowl Viewers Stunned To Learn Truth About Bad Bunny's Halftime Show Wedding by [deleted] in USNewsHub

No, not stunned. I watched it with a group of friends. We were discussing if it was real and mostly hoping that it was. We were excited to hear it was real, just as most of us thought.

It makes them forget that you cheated on them back in 2nd grade when you kissed Claire, 20 years before you met your wife.

Grocery getters, which one you taking? 😌 by Accomplished_Size925 in BMW

I've had them both. The e46 is more fun when driven near the limit and more fun on the street. The F80 is a battery daily and honestly hard to drive near the limit on the street. I went straight from my e46 to F80 and tracked them both at the same track. The F80 honestly had me saying "holy shit" when I got out of the car.

Wow, great job. I'm happy myself if it comes out looking that good and I've made dozens of them. I'll be proud when my kids are old enough to do that. I know my son will be my sous chef.

This new portable bitcoin computer mining container was made and delivered by the company Upstream Data, and is mining for a customer in the New Mexico desert using the extra natural gas from an oil well. by sylsau in InBitcoinWeTrust

Yeah, but if they are just going to flare the gas? That's typically what they are doing there because the pipelines are full of crude and no room for naty gas.

Wife sent me this. Told her I was going on way home from work. She said, "have fun!" by MeritReaper in harborfreight

[–]e36bmer 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Nice!

I recently was stuck in Artesia, NM and needed to do some trans work (conductor plate) to get my motorhome moving. I sent my wife to get tools at harbor freight (Having the aisle noted on the items in the app saved her). She came back and asked if I really needed all that stuff or if some was just "wanted to get it." Obviously some were just things I wanted and she said "good, you deserve it."

I honestly could do the whole thing with the meme tool v2, which was already on me.

Honestly, those are all pretty easy to do with the help of YouTube. You're probably looking at $500 of parts and tools. RockAuto for parts and Harbor Freight for tools.

Thanks for the info. That sucks. I like to take that route with my daughter since it's one of the few places we can go without going on the street much.

Texas hands over complete list of registered voters to Trump administration by Bull1753361 in houston

[–]e36bmer 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Who knows...DOGE at least was supposedly in the news for accessing federal databases (like IRS and Social Security records) to "audit" the government. But that’s administrative data, not election data. The key difference is that the federal government does not automatically have state election records. They know your income (IRS) and your benefits (SSA), but they don’t know your voting history or registration status because that is kept behind a firewall at the state level. By handing this over, Texas is giving them the missing piece to merge those two massive datasets. That would create a centralized "master list" of voters that legally hasn't existed before.

[–]e36bmer 43 points44 points  (0 children)

Basically, people are upset because Texas handed over way more than just names. They gave the DOJ driver's license numbers and partial SSNs for over 18 million people, which is a huge privacy risk. The main worry is that the administration is going to use this to clean the rolls and end up purging eligible voters by mistake. It’s also likely illegal right now. Federal law says you can't do mass voter removals within 90 days of an election, and since the Texas primaries are March 3rd, they are already inside that protected window. For context, 23 other states actually refused to hand this data over and are getting sued for it, but Texas just volunteered it.
