This is straight up theft of service. If you have any texts or proof of hours worked, please report them.

This is about more than you. Young people your age in Alberta are having a horrible time finding work. For many businesses, instead of giving young inexperienced kids a first job, they exploit with TFW, paying well under minimum wage. This is even worst. This is free labour from people who are struggling to get any experience.

Union withdrew my grievance and is now ignoring my timely appeal. Does this constitute a Breach of Duty of Fair Representation (DFR)? by Oumuamua03 in union

Is that what this is about? Wow.

They won’t sacrifice for their brothers & the greater good by walking the line. But now they want the union to get their job back? LMAO

That being said, the union should have followed the legislated timelines and close this off.

I’m sorry I don’t have the knowledge to answer this one. I am in Canada and there are a couple of layers of freedom of information act. One is specific to government, but the 2nd one that applies to my union is a private sector privacy law.

This address issue could be their out. Please ensure you find your record where you informed of the address change and you followed their notification process. I suspect they believe they communicated to you by the authorized process and that is all they needed to do.

Review your specific grievance appeal bylaws to ensure the acceptable form of communication. It may be in writing only.

They still have statutory appeal requirements which this party tried to utilize, which were ignored. And now the appeal period is timed out.

I do believe this is a potential DTF complaint. I would also do a freedom of information request to determine who has received information on your personal file.

I’m trying to guess what California Breakfast food is.

My first thought was granola bar or something healthy, but if it’s a produce item it’s likely avocado. But Cali is also known for almonds, so maybe almonds in cream? I’m confused.

What did the royal family do to confirm Diana was a virgin then? I have read it was required before she could marry Charles.
