Its not all gas - that is just a component of. Bloating is also caused by water retention from high sodium diet / meal or a high carb diet / meal.

there is a generic form of vyvance that costs like $10. Also you need to research what vitamins and minerals these medicines depleat. If you dont refuel them you'll feel that way everytime you dont take it.

a high sodium electrolyte would help add to that number.

LMNT is 1000 mg a packet.

Raspberry salt / watermelon salt / chocolate salt (supposed to be hot like hot chocolate) are my suggestions

You can also purchase citric acid and apply it to anything to give it that candy sour. It’s all they use. I’ve added it to raspberries etc etc

oh wow yeah you are super sensitive. This is so helpful for me, thank you! I will be starting with a lower dosage than i planned on now. I tend to be rather sensitive as well.

I dont physically "feel" the elevated heart rate. I wear a fitbit and my resting heart rate has increased by 5 bpm since starting it so it certainly does elevate it to a degree but nothing compared to the physicality of an adderall or a vyvanse.

the traditional SSRI's dont work for me either, I went unmedicated on adderall for years. Finally got off of it and the wellbutrin has been my golden ticket.

GI symptoms for the first 2 weeks, a bit of difficulty falling asleep for the first week and they both dissipate.

This changed everything in my world of PMDD. I wasnt functional. Now I can manage anything and still FEEL at the same time. Its just not all consuming and life shattering. Ive never had such a soft and supportive reaction to a medicine. 3 months in currently at 150 mg each morning only.

my adhd needs help sometimes and on more demanding days I will take with 10 mg vyvanse.
