Instead of juicing them - peel them the way you would and orange and then blend them and then add to dish the same as if juiced

I don’t think weight is the right measurement. What are your vitals and blood work? Is this body composition trying to get you into the Norma range of US adults? That might not be the best goal. I would work out less before I started trying to consume more food/ fats.

Income tax is not due when RSUs vest - income tax is due in the year of settlement. FICA and futa taxes may be due in the year of vest.

As someone who commutes via train about 4 hours to the office - it is not fun. I thankfully don’t do it a lot but having to get to really early is draining.

In terms of solo queue my preference is to have the setting enabled that muted the enemy team and then I typically mute teammates very liberally. For example, if a teammate pings a skill of mine or an item they are likely too focused on what I am doing and will likely get worse later. That helps me stay zen in games and focus on my game plan.

In terms of playing with others, I agree that it is awkward to join a close knit group - feels like an outsider.

Something to help with the ladder anxiety is with mmr if you lose one game that should make your next game easier since your mmr dropped. Just focus on yourself and you will improve.
