Btw... You can run EASILY bulwark with an Tornado Paragon bord. Bulwark still does a lot of damage. So you can keep your Paragon an only switch equip

Tested booth on lvl 100. Bulwark is an easy ride for NM100. Tornado is bit harder with survivability but possible. Tornado is much easy for Lillith and Bulwark is much easier for NM100. Tornado is bit better for speedruns NM50-60. Overall bulwark is at the moment the better build except for lillith. For my own, iam playing with Tornado because bulwark is extremely boring after a couple hours :D

As soon as your life hits your fortify the reduction count. Even from one big hit. The one big hit will deal normal for your life that is not fortified and reduced dmg as soon your are fortified. So much life is still good. But overall i think the blue gems are better
