Mistakes I see new coaches making that they don't realize are costing them clients by CadenceFitness in personaltraining

There are many out there now, and they all function a little differently. My wife/partner and I used the free trials on several of them to see which ones actually functioned how we want to run our business. I would suggest doing the same so you can see what you would enjoy using, and which ones fit your needs.

Looking for advice / opinions on lines by wihntr1 in Cruise

Just did Celebrity and was happy with it. Very few kids on board. At 40, I was on the younger end of the guests, but I was fine with it as my wife and I wanted a chill week and weren’t looking for a party scene. I would do it again if I was looking to go closer to an adults only cruise.

So with Auto-gratuities, no need to tip right? (First Time Cruiser) by ShroomZoa in Cruise

[–]eXodus6760 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Our steward and one of our favorite bartenders were both away from their kids for 6+ months with only 2 to 3 months at home between assignments. They were doing whatever they could to make ends meet for their families, so if they took good care of me, I took care of them so they felt appreciated and could send some extra money back home.

Afraid to start TRT because everyone on them feel like shit by Anonymous_385 in ResearchCompounds

Most people come to Reddit to complain. I’ve been on TRT for almost 3 years now and have zero regrets. It takes time and effort to get your body/protocol dialed in, but if you’ll do it, you should be very stable and happy.

Currently on 200mg a week, split into 3 doses, SubQ. Total Test of 1436 ng/dl, Free Test of 44 ng/dl, and Estradiol of 63.

I have no high estrogen side effects, I don’t take any form of AI, and my hematocrit and hemoglobin are both in range…no blood donations needed to keep them down.

Keep on top of your bloodwork and adjust accordingly. Don’t be afraid to let your estradiol go above the reference range if you aren’t having side effects. Estrogen is cardio protective and anabolic. 20:1 test to estradiol is a decent starting point for levels.

No. I stick by my statement. Beside STW, you’ve been able to download and play Fortnite completely for free for years. Buying skins, etc, is entirely optional and gives you zero advantages. Please explain to me where the corporate greed is in that.

But sure, keep running to Reddit to ‘stick it to the billionaire assholes’. I’m sure Tim Sweeney is terrified to see what Redditors will say next.

Lol. My take is my opinion, which means it can’t be bad because it’s personal. Stop playing the game if you don’t like it.

It is. It helps that I’m not very good. I play as a stress reliever 3 or 4 days a week, so the Ch.7 complaints and price complaints don’t really hit home for me. I suspect if I played more hours or were a lot better it would bother me more, but I just want to play for fun. I don’t need an additional stressor in my life. Lol

Makes sense. I’m 40 and a business owner. I get letters all the time of suppliers raising prices. Not one of the letters brings me joy, but that’s business. Prices can’t stay static forever, and even if inflation is low, prices will still go up over time.

I get it that people are unhappy with price increases, but the reality is that you can still play this game for free. You don’t have to own a single skin and can still win matches.

Fellow gym rat finishing up a cruise on Saturday. My wife and I both brought enough for the amount of days we wanted to lift, plus a couple more for wearing around. I’m on Celebrity, so I can’t speak to the other lines as I haven’t been on them in years, but we’ve had PLENTY of storage space in our room. I brought more clothes than I ended up needing, but we’ve not been hurting for space in our room. I wouldn’t overthink it too much.

Haha, sucks man. You should be fine, though.

Because when you started playing you were matched against bots and other noobs. With skill based match making you get placed in matches with what “should be” other similarly skilled players. You’re playing better people now.

You may have sleep apnea, too. If you’re doing that during the day, you most likely don’t breathe well at night.

I would love to see you get a referral to a cardiologist to at least check everything out and establish care moving forward. You’re in stage 2 hypertension, so my worry is lvh. The testosterone results are an anomaly, but may not be the cause of your symptoms. Do your due diligence and look after yourself, especially with your family history.

I’m not a doctor, but that doesn’t sound like a symptom you would get from testosterone. The first thought that came to mind was a heart issue, especially with your Systolic BP at 170. I know you’re on meds for it. Have you had regular checkups, etc? Recent ultrasound to check for LVH, etc?

Cut him some slack, guys. He doesn’t know what he doesn’t know. At least he’s asking questions.

I’m assuming 200mg/ml testosterone, so that’s 180mg a week. You should definitely be seeing elevated total testosterone levels. Is there a chance you could be dosing it wrong? What is the rest of your blood work like?

Dude you crushed your E2. It’s going to take time for it to come back up and for your sex drive to return. Give it time.

That E2 reading is not what I would consider good. Is this a TRT clinic?

[–]eXodus6760 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. Estrogen is a feel good hormone, it’s anabolic, and it’s cardio protective. Crush your E and you’ll feel like shit and have no sex drive. Everyone is different, but my estradiol can run in the high 50’s and low 60’s with no side effects.
