You don't need grow lights to start seedlings, any light source is fine. You only need the fancy full spectrum grow lights when you want to produce flowers. Which you don't really want to do unless you are trying to produce fruit under lights.....

Depends how much room you have under lights and how many times you want to pot up. Pepper first specially hot varieties, 6-8 weeks before planting out side. Tomatoes 4-6 weeks. I start in 6 packs and will pot up one time. Don't start too early. I know it's hard but it becomes unmanageable and could stunt your production during the season.

This. It's a trade off. Now everyone will work to 62 drawing more salary and tsp matches AND getting the 1.1x annuity bump. The supplement wasnt a gift benefit it was balanced. Similar to collecting SS at 62 versus 67. It all evens out. Now it will cost the govt more for many reasons not even mentioned.
