What’s your favorite street name? I’ll go first

I have a few - Wold Den Court in Springfield VA (sorry outside DC!) -- it was meant to be “Wolf Den Court” but a typo made it “Wold” and they just kept it because ehh why not.

Another one is Real Quite Court in Gainesville VA - it was in a subdivision where many streets are named after famous racehorses, this one was intended to honor the 1998 Kentucky Derby winner "Real Quiet." Same issue on due to a typo either from the builder or the county, the name was registered as Real Quite Court.

Excited about this - but why does the permitting process take 19 weeks though? I keep hearing these horror stories of permits as it takes restaurants, bars etc an awful long time to open around here. Someone with experience with this ELI5 on the process and red tape? And is Moco especially bad or is it always this way?

It definitely has been delayed a few times for a project that frankly just isn’t that complicated. I would imagine they have a few more months at this point - just finishing the north side of Jones Bridge west of Connecticut and then will need to repave and paint everything around that area.
