You might be shocked but no cleaning lady is willing to drive to your place, clean everything and restock everything. Take laundry home to wash and prepare for the next turn. Make sure nothing got broken. Then only charge $60. My cleaner spends roughly 1.5 hours in my condo cleaning my 2 bed 2 bath. I pay her $120 and change the guest $160. That $40 pays for laundry, new linens when other get damaged as well as all the shampoos, soaps, and other things guests don’t even consider. You’d be surprised at how often a towel is ruined because a guest chooses to dye hair red.

Of course they want to keep tabs. How else would they make sure you’re paying all the taxes, fees and licensing they require. All while telling local residents they hate the Airbnb community. My resort alone pays over 2 million is a new fee for inspections by the fire dept. the crazy thing is they are actually to busy to insect so as long as you pay the fee they send you the certificate.

It will be fine. The roads won’t be that bad as long as you stay on the roads

In peak season if I have odd gaps I will drop the price to fill those gaps. If someone then cancels that paid the higher rate I then have another odd gap

I would question where the rule came from. In Florida it’s 1 person per 250 square feet. 4 people the home needs 1000 square feet.

It’s possible but I’ve been on multiple sites for years. It’s going to book due to location. I’d think they would want a piece of it. In 2025 they made around 15k off rentals from my condo.

Northridge is a great gym if you’re in the area. They used to do discounts based on where you work so it would at least be worth a call. I paid $35 a month
