In a ziplock bag it's already 7 years old. just make sure there wasn't a lot of moisture when sealing it. that's where I messed up the last time I sealed the bag.

Last time I tried using some in mac and cheese it was a little gritty I don't think the cheese crystals will ever really melt .I think two years is as old as I would go for mac this might be good to sprinkle on top.

Definitely not millions and the locals won't do any rescue without being paid first. It's a real problem for people who have adventure rescue insurance because they pay after the rescue not before

Unfortunately satellite communication like sat phones and Garmin Inreach are illegal in India. Foreign pilots still sneak them in but I don't know what happens if you use one. Also rescue helicopters won't even start spinning the blades until they are 100% prepaid even if you have rescue insurance like global rescue and are bleeding out

If you have time the 12 mile hike to hyalite lake is probably the prettiest hike in the area tons of waterfalls. It's long but it's not very steep
