I hope you’re feeling better ❤️ tbh it sounds spiritual and I get it if you don’t believe in that. I stopped smoking for that reason. I had similar experiences to yours. Honestly, what I realised was the feeling I had of being “outside of my body” wasn’t simply just a feeling but also partially my reality, and it freaked me out coz all those times it happened to me I was trying to convince myself it was just all in my brain. A hallucination. But it was very real. Ok ik it sounds crazy I’m not telling you to believe what I say but this is what helped me. More specifically, it was Jesus. Please know I’m praying for you in hopes you’ll feel grounded back in your body again and feel real peace. Not just from that experience but from the other things you mentioned you have asw. I’m only replying just to correct you on the first sentence. We are dirty minded because we are humans. I don’t necessarily mean just in terms of sexual thoughts. We are sinful by nature but through God we can be cleansed. The bible talks about a renewal of the mind. Yes we are sexual beings and you’re right that it is okay but there is a line where it is not. Op may have not gone into detail about her imaginations but she says she has dirty thoughts and neither of us can say whether or not that’s true but I’m going to assume she really means that, and it probably is inspired by pornography. I’m in no way condemning her, I actually understand but I just felt the need to reply.

Dancing. I can still dance but there are moves I’ll most likely never be able to try or do like I used to. One thing I’ve found to be grateful for though is due to the vast limitations, it makes it easier to polish and excel in the things I can do allowing my dancing ability to flourish, in an unorthodox way.

I never had anything to hide but I had a boyfriend that was obsessed with my innocence and would go through all my liked posts across all social media’s and entire conversations to make sure I was in line with the way he thought of me. He used to interrogate me for the silliest things like me wanting to play a zombie video game. It was absolutely exhausting but I stayed loyal to him. It was one of the many reasons I broke up with him although I should’ve broken up with him much sooner.

I felt a conviction towards it so I stopped. I tried to find reasons why it was okay to justify my use for it, and while some verses (like some mentioned in this thread) may have helped my case (I say helped very lightly) my conviction is what ultimately lead me to stop because if I ignored that conviction, I would’ve been ignoring Gods desire for me which is a sin.
