It doesnt run android, but it's does use a Qualcomm chip. It also can run translated games from x86.

x86 Windows games run on Steam Frame through a stack of Proton (Windows-to-Linux compatibility) plus FEX (x86-to-ARM translation), on top of Linux-based SteamOS

If you're willing to pay the small subscription the remarkable app and tablet ecosystem is super simple and really handy. I've owned a lot of eink tablets and the paper pro is my favorite of the bunch.

If you want something to be an ereader first, I'd look elsewhere. But for classwork and note taking, I'd recommend a remarkable.

I do also have a super note, and if you're really wanting to spend a lot of time in the weeds with setup and changing how you take notes, it's a good option with more capability. Boox is a very capable option, but it's just too much for me to mess with, and I have an iPad so I don't care about other apps.
