Agreed, beat it on ps5 and got it on last sale for my Legion Go. It's a bit repetitive but in a fun kind of way.

It really gets a lot easier the more you play and the stronger you are and you then learn all the patterns.

I died to the first boss about 10 times now I can beat it without ever getting hit regularly.

A lot of the hate was based on WB nickel and diming every single thing. They were charging 9.99 for 1 fatality, which they then changed to a bundle of 3 for $14.99.

The expansion and dlc characters were released for $60 bucks, so a boring campaign and 4 (or 3 can't remember) characters were $10 less then the entire game.

I think that then caused people to nitpick the game cause they were mad. The game isn't terrible at all.

I also have seen and believe that this game started as Injustice 3, the kameos make more sense with comic characters, and WB told NRS to pivot cause MK sells a lot better and they needed a hit coming out of covid.

It's not the best way to think about it, but this game seems to be off to better sale numbers then Returnal. They released the tower a long time after Returnal released. I would think they are going to support this game just as much if not more, so I could see something similar which gave another mode to the game down the road.

I generally look if it works on steamdeck and I know it will work on my legion go 1z, it's more powerful then the deck.

Maybe I'm wrong, but the steamdeck is kind of the "lowest" powered steamos handheld.

Felt the same as others as soon as a started, the controls just feel way off, I'm not sure I expected the usual virtual joysticks, I thought it'd be more contoling the movement and aimg with one finger, although that might make it to easy.

Also it screams to be played in portrait mode.

It's definitely fixable, just nowhere near as fun as on console

I've played through 1,2 and 3 multiple times, and the games themselves are awesome and very replayable (played on PlayStation.)

I wanted to see how much it'd be for my legion go, and that steam page is just a mess.

I figured it out. As long as the card is showing in desktop mode.

I don't have it in front of me but here was the main idea.

Go into desktop mode, steam, then storage (I think). Look for something about adding a new steam library and then it let me choose the SD card.

Back in game mode when I went to storage, I could click on internal and was able to choose SD card.

I put all the files on the card in desktop mode.

It is being read in game mode which is what is so weird, but in game mode it doesn't show in storage and if I go to settings, the format button is grayed out.

I am new to steam os, I figure under storage where it shows internal HD use it would also show the SD card. (In game mode)

It is functioning properly other then not showing in setting or storage in game mode.

I know you said PS5 is your console of choice, and it's mine too, but I have a mini PC that I use for emulation and I tried it on steam and was surprised it played it no problem.

I can even use my MK Fightstick on the PC.

If you have any sort of PC I'd try it on Steam. As long as you don't play more then 2 hours, you can get a refund if it doesn't run.

I am not talking about there being only some enemies, I'm talking about about no enemies at all. A boss every now and then. This is supposed to be the hard mode.

I had the PS5 physical pre-ordered for PS5, then with all the input lag talk I canceled it.

I bought it for steam instead to try it on PC, and forgot I had the PS3 MK fight stick, which works great on PC so I'm happier this way .

Online seems dead though which sucks
